By using Math Addicts ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Math Addicts provides math-practice exercises. We offer a free tier and may offer paid premium features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts are optional. You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Accounts for children should be created and managed by a parent or guardian.
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer for harm, or access other users' data; no unlawful use. We may suspend access for violations.
Payments are not currently live. Tapping "Upgrade", "Buy", or "Remove ads" does not charge you — it records your interest and can add your email to a waitlist so we can notify you when the feature launches. Premium is shown at a planned price of $4 for the first month, then $9.99/mo, which may change before launch.
When paid subscriptions go live, billing will be handled by our payment processor; subscriptions will renew automatically until cancelled, you'll be able to cancel anytime and keep Premium until the end of the paid period, and refunds will follow that processor's policy and applicable law. We'll update these Terms before charging anyone.
Premium can also be granted manually at no charge (for example to testers or supporters); such grants are discretionary and can be changed or withdrawn.
The app is provided "as is." We aim for accuracy and uptime but don't guarantee the app is error-free or always available. Math Addicts is an educational aid, not a substitute for a teacher or curriculum.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
We may update these terms and will revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
